Beck International Academy is located in Greenville, South Carolina, and serves approximately 850 students. Our mission is to meet the academic needs of our culturally diverse student body in a safe environment that nurtures, accepts, and encourages all students to be productive and active citizens of the global community, lifelong learners, and future leaders.

Applying as a Magnet Student:

Students who do not live in our attendance zone who wish to attend Beck International Academy as a magnet student may apply. Magnet programs permit specialized courses of study and exposure to program focus areas as part of attendance. Applications for all GCS magnet programs for the 2025-2026 school year will open November 21, 2024.  Information about each of the four GCS district middle school magnet programs is available HERE. Please consider applying during Round 1 as slots are limited and often fill quickly. 

The Beck Magnet Program does not operate under the "school within a school" model.  All magnet program opportunities are available to all students.

*Note: You are only permitted to make one application to Select Schools Programs (including Magnet) during each application year. Be sure to apply to ALL programs of interest at the time of application since you will not be able to amend your application or apply to others later in the year.
