Performance Attire

WHHS Choral Department members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. This includes the way that they dress. Attire should contribute to the unity of the choir and not distract from ensemble. Students not adhering to the event dress code will not be allowed to participate and WILL receive a grade deduction.

Formal Attire - Men

Poplin Vest with Tuxedo Pants and bow tie from Southeastern Performance Apparel
Includes: pants, shirt, vest, and bow tie.

Black dress shoes and socks are required and the responsibility of the student.

Individual items may be purchased if you already own pieces of the ensemble.

Hair should be worn in a tidy manor that does not detract from the unity of the choir.

Formal Attire - Women

Givens Dress from Southeastern Performance Apparel is required for performances.

Black dress shoes and hemming the dress to the appropriate length (brushing the tops of toes) are the responsibility of the student.

Hair should be worn in a tidy manor that does not detract from the unity of the choir.

All jewelry should be removed (necklaces/bracelets/etc), with the exception of appropriate stud earrings and discreet rings.

Pre-owned formal attire

At the beginning of each year, there will be some pre-owned attire available for a discounted price. They will be on a first come basis.
