August 18, 2023 We have been busy reading about colors and exploring with colors this week. Students practiced identifying color words and reading a funny poem called "Rainbow Hair". We also learned that we can make the colors purple, green, and orange by mixing red, blue, and yellow. We had lots of fun watching magic play clay turn into surprise colors too. August 11 - What a SUPER first week of school! We met new friends and learned about our classroom procedures. We practiced using classroom materials like crayons, pencils, scissors, and gluesticks. We even celebrated two birthdays! We are looking forward to a great year!
