Hello!
My name is Darby Marinelli and I am so excited to get to spend your child's 3rd grade year together!
I grew up in northern Illinois, but have been living in the Greenville area for the last ten years now. I graduated from the University of South Carolina (go gamecocks!) with Bachelors degrees in Marketing and Human Resources Management, but decided after a few years in management, that it was just not where I wanted to be. I realized my true calling was teaching, so I went back to school and earned my Masters in Teaching Elementary Education from Anderson University.
This will be my fifth year teaching at Woodland. I spent my first 4 years teaching 2nd grade before moving on up to 3rd grade this year. When I'm not teaching, I love traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family!
I cannot wait for our year together and I am so excited for an amazing year in third grade!
