Mrs. Miller

My name is Jennifer Miller. I graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. During my journey, I took some time off to have my first child and became a stay-at-home mom. As I watched my children grow and learn each day, my passion for teaching grew stronger. Finally, when the time was right, I decided to finish my degree. This will be my fifth year teaching third grade at Woodland, and I could not be more excited to have your child in my class! I spent many years as a substitute teacher in the district, and I love teaching in the area where my children grew up, particularly in the BEST grade.

When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my husband, Stewart, and our two children, Emma (13) and Little Stewart (10). My husband and I recently celebrated our 13th anniversary this Spring. We love to spend our time jumping on the trampoline, swimming, and playing soccer. We also love traveling, boating, and spending time with grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Family is the best! My favorite thing to do in the summer is soaking in the sunshine at the lake or the beach. We have three dogs… two Dachshunds and a Bernedoodle puppy. Bruizer, Zoie, and Ollie keep us laughing.
