My name is Mrs. Roosevelt and I am so excited to be teaching third grade! This is my tenth year teaching at Woodland Elementary and I can not wait to continue my journey at such a wonderful school! I have wanted to be a teacher my whole life and third grade has always been my personal favorite.
I was born in Orlando, Florida but was raised in Easley, SC for the most part of my life. My husband Dustin and I have two beautiful daughters named Charlotte (6y) and Olivia (4y), Lottie and Livie for short, and three beautiful puppies that are treated as my other children. I graduated college with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from USC Upstate and plan to achieve my Masters degree within a few years.
I love involving parents in the classroom and firmly believe that working together as a team is the best way to teach students. Please feel free to call or email me if you have any questions, comments, or concerns! :)
