Markdown Hero ("we," "us," or "the Extension") is a local-only writing utility that enables users to draft Markdown-formatted content inside Gmail and insert rendered HTML into email compose windows.

We are committed to a strict zero-data, local-processing architecture. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Extension.

Markdown Hero does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any user data.

Markdown Hero runs only on mail.google.com and interacts solely with Gmail compose editors.

The Extension:

The Extension does not access inbox contents, message lists, or account data outside compose editors.

5. Permissions

Markdown Hero requests the minimum permissions required for its functionality.
