HexaMagical is a color exploration and palette generation tool built around a simple principle:

Your images and color selections belong to you.

HexaMagical is available as a browser extension and mobile application. Regardless of platform, HexaMagical is designed to perform its core color-selection and palette-generation functions locally on your device.  HexaMagical performs its core functions entirely on your device. We do not collect, sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

This policy explains what information HexaMagical uses, what information remains on your device, and how future advertising features may operate. This Privacy Policy applies to all versions of HexaMagical, including browser extensions, mobile applications, and future platform releases unless otherwise stated. 

2. Information We Do Not Collect

HexaMagical does not collect or store:

• Your phone number

• Your contacts

• Your browsing history

• Your photographs

• Your color selections

• Your saved palettes

• Your image library

We do not maintain user accounts.

We do not operate cloud storage.

We do not operate servers that receive your images, color selections, or palette data.

3. Local Processing

All core HexaMagical functions operate locally on your device.

When you use HexaMagical:

• Images are processed locally.

• Color sampling occurs locally.

• Palette generation occurs locally.

• Color calculations occur locally.

For browser-extension users, data remains within the browser environment.

For mobile-app users, data remains on the device.

No image data is transmitted to HexaMagical servers for core functionality.

4. Local Storage

HexaMagical may store the following information locally on your device:

• Saved palettes

• Color history

• Export preferences

• Interface settings

• User preferences

For browser users, this information may be stored using browser-provided local storage mechanisms.

For mobile users, this information may be stored using device-provided local storage mechanisms.

This information remains under your control and is not transmitted to HexaMagical for normal operation.

5. Sharing and Export Features

HexaMagical allows users to copy or share palette information.

When you choose a Share action:

• HexaMagical sends only the information you explicitly choose to share.

• Sharing occurs through your device's built-in sharing system.

• The privacy practices of the destination application are governed by that application's own policies.

HexaMagical does not monitor or track what you do with exported content.

6. No Artificial Intelligence Tracking

HexaMagical is a mathematical color tool.

HexaMagical does not use:

• Artificial Intelligence for image analysis

• Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Machine Learning systems that learn from user images

• Behavioral profiling systems

Your images, palettes, and color selections are not used to train AI models.

Color harmony generation is based on deterministic color theory and mathematical relationships.

7. Advertising and Monetization

HexaMagical may display advertisements, affiliate links, or sponsored resources in certain versions of the extension or mobile application.

Any future advertising will be designed to avoid interfering with the core color-selection experience.

HexaMagical does not share your:

• Images

• Saved palettes

• Color history

• Color selections

with advertisers.

Third-party advertising providers may collect technical information necessary to deliver advertisements, subject to their own privacy policies.

8. Children's Privacy

HexaMagical is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

HexaMagical is provided on an "as-is" basis.

Color appearance may vary due to:
