1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of the browser extensions provided by Greengage LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to:

HexaMagical (color palette and harmony tool)

OopsGuard (form submission protection utility)

Unblockerly (content access utility)

UnblockerlyGO (research utility)

Future extensions (collectively, "the Extensions" or "Services")

you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use any of our Extensions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of any Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

Our Extensions are browser-based utilities designed for specific, limited purposes:

HexaMagical: A mathematical color analysis and palette generation tool that operates locally on your device.

OopsGuard: A client-side utility designed to help prevent accidental form submissions or clicks through visual indicators.

Unblockerly: A technical utility for browser automation and content access, intended for research and lawful activities.

Future Extensions: Additional utilities we may release, which will be governed by these Terms unless otherwise specified.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

Download and install the Extensions on supported browsers

Use the Extensions for their intended purposes

Receive updates to the Extensions we may provide

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extensions

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works

Remove any proprietary notices or labels

Use the Extensions for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

4.1 General Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Extensions only for lawful purposes

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Respect third-party intellectual property rights

Not use the Extensions to harm, harass, or interfere with others

Be solely responsible for your use of the Extensions

4.2 Extension-Specific Responsibilities

For HexaMagical:

Understand that color representation may vary across devices and displays

Acknowledge that color harmony suggestions are mathematical, not absolute

For OopsGuard:

Understand that the utility may not prevent all unintended actions

Maintain responsibility for verifying important form submissions

Not rely solely on OopsGuard for critical data protection

Should be one additional layer of security

Toronto-Dominion Centre addendum:
Use the utility, don't show off.

For Unblockerly:

Use only for research, educational, or lawful personal activities

Respect website terms of service and copyright laws

Not use for unauthorized access, data theft, or illegal activities

Acknowledge that circumventing paywalls may violate terms of service

Accept that effectiveness varies by website and is not guaranteed

For Future Extensions:

Use each extension only for its intended, lawful purpose

Comply with any specific guidelines we provide for each extension

5. Privacy Commitment

Our Extensions are designed with privacy as a core principle. Please refer to each extension's specific Privacy Policy for detailed information. In summary:

We do not collect, store, or transmit Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

Each extension operates locally within your browser

No usage data is sent to our servers for core functionality

We do not use AI, LLMs, or machine learning in our Extensions

5a. Complaints Department

Bug Reporting: Reports of malfunctions, failures, or undesired behavior may be submitted to the developer for consideration. They help us improve and are welcome.

Not Error Tickets: Such reports should be viewed as general bug reports and feedback for future updates, not as individual error tickets requiring specific resolution or support.

Developer Discretion: The developer reserves full discretion to:

Investigate reported issues

Prioritize fixes based on scope of extension's utility, severity, frequency, and feasibility

Address issues in future updates if deemed appropriate

Decline to address issues that are outside the extension's intended scope

No Service Level Agreement (SLA): We provide no SLA, guaranteed response time, or commitment to fix any specific issue.

User Workarounds: For critical needs, you should implement your own workarounds and not depend on any Extension as a sole solution.

6. "As-Is" Basis and Disclaimers

ALL EXTENSIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We expressly disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement

Continuous or error-free operation

Accuracy of results or outputs

Effectiveness in all scenarios or on all websites

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREENGAGE LTD AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

Damages resulting from:

Your use or inability to use any Extension

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

Any interruption or cessation of transmission

Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted

Any errors or omissions in any content

Any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any Extension

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Extensions, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Greengage LTD and its licensors.

The Extensions are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our logos, product names, and designs are trademarks of Greengage LTD.

9. Third-Party Services and Content

Some Extensions may:

Display third-party advertisements (as disclosed in individual Privacy Policies)

Interact with third-party websites

Use browser APIs and services provided by browser vendors

You acknowledge that:

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or websites

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms

Browser vendors (Google, Firefox, etc.) have their own terms governing extension use

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to any Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Extensions will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toledo, Ohio, USA in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association that has jurisdiction. Judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

12. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Greengage LTD regarding the Extensions.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

13. Future Extensions

We reserve the right to release additional extensions under our brand. Unless otherwise specified:

New extensions will be governed by these Terms

Specific functionality and privacy details will be provided in extension-specific documentation

We may update these Terms to address new extensions or features. Modification and update of the terms will take effect immediately.

By using any of our Extensions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
