How do I enter?

To enter, you have to be enrolled at a climate club host school, be in Grades 9 - 12, and form a group between 2 - 3 members. You must submit your entry using the online application and also inform your teacher coordinator. Find the application link by clicking here.

Can any learner from any school participate?

Only learners from climate club host schools can enter. 

What grades can participate?

Grades 9 - 12

Who do I contact if I need help?

There will be a teacher coordinator for each school who can assist you. Alternatively, please email wade@green-cape.co.za and we will assist you as soon as possible. 

What are the dates when I can enter my group to participate in the challenge? 

Entries open on 6 March 2024 and close 23 March 2024.

When does my final project need to be ready?

The final project must be ready by the date of the regional judging round that will take place at your school. 

When is the regional judging round?

April 2024. Final dates to be confirmed.

When is the national final?

Final dates to be announced after the regional judging round.
