How to Create a Parent Group Email?

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Open Contacts
  3. Locate or enter in parent email addresses into your contact list
  4. Once parent names are in your contact list, hover over parent name and place a check in the box
  5. Look up and locate the manage labels icon and click on it
  6. Click on the + sign and then create the label
  7. Give your label a name "Parents"
  8. Now open Gmail
  9. Click on To:
  10. Type in the label name you created
  11. Type in your message
  12. Click Send
