At the beginning of each year Ken Bain, Executive Director for CASSA, provides a wealth of information regarding Copyright law in Canada. Given the ongoing litigation regarding copyright and the current initiatives by all school authorities to prepare for continuation of education, I felt that it would be valuable to share the list of resources that were identified in the September 5, 2019 Weekly Update.
