General Instructions

1. Connect to your home wifi first.

2. When using any device, check and make sure you are signed into your Grasslands account.

Personal Chromebooks

1. Sign into your Grasslands Google Account.
2. Open Google Chrome browser.
3. All Google Applications are accessed through the Chrome browser.
4. To access Google Suite Applications, click on the waffle, 9 dots, top right. (If you do not see the Waffle, open a new tab).

Grasslands configured Chromebooks

1. Sign into your Grasslands Google Account.
2. Open Google Chrome browser.
3. All Google Applications are accessed through the Chrome browser.
4. To access Google Suite Applications, click on the waffle, 9 dots, top right. (If you do not see the Waffle, open a new tab).

Windows Computer

1. If you do not have Chrome installed, click on the link below to download and install.
2. Open Google Chrome browser.
3. Sign into your Grasslands Google Account.
4. All Google applications are accessed through the Chrome browser.
5. To access Google Suite Applications, click on the Waffle.

Android Phones and Tablets

1. Click on the link to the Google Play Store and download the applications as you may need them:
2. Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Classroom, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Meet, Keep, Tasks, Translate, Sites
3. Open Google Chrome browser app.
4. Sign in using your Grasslands Google account.

iPads/iPhones

1. Click on the link to the App Store and download the applications you need:
2. Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Classroom, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Meet, Keep, Tasks, Translate, Sites
3. Open Google Chrome browser app.
4. Sign in using your Grasslands Google account.

Macbooks

1. If you do not have Chrome installed, click on the link below to download and install.
2. Download the installation file.
3. Open the file called 'googlechrome. dmg'.
4. In the window that opens, find Chrome .
5. Drag Chrome to the Applications folder. You might be asked to enter your Apple admin password.
6. Open Chrome.
7. Open Finder.
8. In the sidebar, to the right of Google Chrome, click Eject .
9. Sign in using your Grasslands Google account.
