Grants Pass High School Student Digital Newspaper - The January 2026 Issue
Well Scrollians, we have officially made it to the year 2026. Fire up your flying cars and get ready to take on the universe! Sadly, former generations have been a tad too idealistic in predicting the technology that we would have today. No flying cars-- imagine dealing with air rage during your daily commute-- and only the very beginning of robots for daily tasks. Artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and the variety of wireless connection we have today were just dreams (or nightmares, in Ray Bradbury's case) for folks in the '50s.
Be on the lookout for Alexius Nyna Burnett's "New Years Around the World" and Thea Schreiber's "Janus: The God of Beginnings". We have loads of Grants Pass related articles this month! Take a look at GP Updates to read them all. If you need a brain break, then try your hand at Scroll Games.
Our homepage houses important info and featured content that we want front and center of the issue. Usually, we will also have a quick monthly snippet about seasonal events. All other articles are usually available under our category drop-down boxes and more categories can be found under the "More v" button. To access instructions on how to navigate the issues, click the drop-down menu under The Scroll Home Page and click the "How To Access Our Issues" tab. Our more informational sections are on their own towards the bottom, such as the Scroll feedback survey and Contact The Scroll! with meeting times and contact information.
