Every school day we will post a new activity or video for you and your family to participate in. Some will relate to physical activity others on nutrition.


Here you will be able to find videos and descriptions of activities that are specific to our school.

The internet has a variety of resources to and we have gathered the ones we like and use the most.


During the School Closure we recommend that everyone gets at least 60 minutes of moderate activity daily

  • Daily Challenge

  • Start the day with stretching or yoga - on the website

  • Walk around your neighborhood for at least 30 minutes

  • Indoor workouts - on the website

  • Lesson plans - on the website

We also recommend that you drink at least 64 ounces of water and eat a balanced diet.
