Student Support Services

Welcome!

The goal of Student Support Services is to help students overcome barriers to learning, act as the link between school and home, and prepare students for academic success after high school.

Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley High School has a guidance counselor to assist students with post-secondary planning and career exploration. The guidance counselor is also available to assist students with social/emotional concerns.

A school social worker supports both the CGB High School and CGB Elementary School to promote student well-being. The social worker provides individual and group counseling for social/emotional issues or academic concerns. The social worker can also act as a link between the school, home, and referrals to community resources.

Mrs. Sigler

School Social Worker

I graduated from Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley in 2010. After high school, I completed a Bachelor's of Social Work at the University of St. Thomas and became a Licensed Social Worker. I am currently working on a Master's of Social Work program. I have worked in Child Welfare in different positions for the last 10 years, most recently at the county level. This is my second year in the school and I am excited to see all of the students this fall!

I live in Clinton with my husband and three boys. Henry (4) is in Preschool and loves to count, color, and play games. Alvin (2) loves construction vehicles, daycare, and giving hugs. William is our newest addition, born last summer.
