Application Process

INFORMATIONAL MEETING:

Choose one of the following meetings to attend on Tuesday, November 11th.

- 7:15 am in room 172
- 2:50 pm in room 172

Senior Survivor Application

APPLICATION

Deadline: Tuesday, November 25th by 3pm

Applications can be submitted to:

Ms. Vredevoogd in room 172 or P16 (5th hour planning)
Mr. Zuiderveen in room 269 or P27 (1st hour planning)

Key Requirements:

Two teacher recommendations
Video submission
Parent permission slip

APPLICATION & VIDEO SUBMISSION

Application Submission

Completed applications need to be submitted by Tuesday, November 25th, no later than 3pm, to Mr. Zuiderveen or Ms. Vredevoogd. NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Video Submission

Videos need to also be submitted by 3:00 pm on November 25th.
Submit video link to the Google Form found below OR share with Ms. Zuiderveen or Ms. Vredevoogd via email.
