Attention students! Our Kids' Food Basket Snacks and Stories event is ON!
This event is to encourage reading and to support Kids' Food Basket!
This week and next week, students who check out a book/show a book they are reading and donate a food item to the library will receive a ticket.
Needed items:
Packages of pudding cups
Packages of fruit cups or fruit pouches (no foil tops please)
Packages of pretzels/Cheez-Its/Goldfish (1.5 oz bags or smaller)
Packages of meat sticks like Slim Jims (.28 oz or .5 oz sticks)
Off-brands are welcome! Only these items will be accepted.
For every four individual food items donated, students earn one ticket, and they can earn as many as they like! Examples:
Package of four pudding cups = one ticket
Package of 20 Cheez-It pouches = five tickets
You will write your name, student number, and fourth-hour teacher on the ticket for a chance to win:
A $25 Amazon gift card (two random drawings)
A $50 Amazon gift card for the student with the most items donated
A pizza party for the fourth-hour class with the most entries
Please help us to help our community’s children! Bring in those items!
The event will conclude on February 7th.
