The World Of Isaac

Isaac is an eighth-grader at a school called Woodland Acres Middle School. Even though reading and writing are not his favorite subjects he tries to get A's on every single test and assignment. He enjoys science, math, and social studies very much.

On July 22, 2008, someone new stepped on the planet and his name is Isaac Rodrigo. After two years of being married, his parents Maria and Rodrigo took Isaac from Bayshore Hospital where he was born to their home in Galena Park, Texas. In 2012, Isaac became a big brother when Ivan Roberto was born and three years later Andrea Jaqueline was born. He also has two dogs which names are Sultan, and a cat named Lola.

In his years on Earth, he has accomplished many things. Some of his academic achievements are getting a 100% on his third-grade STAAR test, scoring masters on most of his other STAAR tests, getting into the Wind Ensemble band, and getting two Solo-Ensemble pins in Seventh grade. In elementary school, he was also part of the National Honor Society and Student Council. Outside of school, he plays the drums and the Alto Saxophone in a Latin band called “Los Rigos,” with his dad and brother. They have played at weddings, birthday parties and are going to Alabama this Summer. They also got to play at a big fair in Mexico and in a religious festivity called a Posada.

In middle school, his goals are to get into Region band, get a's on his report cards and continue to do well on his STAAR tests. In the future, Isaac would like to go to the University of Texas at Austin to get a doctorate degree in architecture.

His hobbies are collecting rocks, model cars, fingerboards, and legos. He also enjoys drawing, listing to music, playing the drums and the saxophone. His interests are learning how to build a car and how to build a computer. One of his other interests is to learn how to play the acoustic guitar and the piano. Finally, his talents are his musical ability to play the drums and the saxophone easily.

Isaac’s journey has just begun as he leaves footprints into the future.
