October Project (1 of 1) - Kid Pix Pumpkin Picture
Students will use Kid Pix to draw a pumpkin. Students will use the pencil tool to draw. They will use the bucket tool to fill and color their drawings. If they have time, they can fill in their background and type their name. Students should also be taught how to use the "undo" button and how to use the eraser. Once students are finished with their pictures, the teacher will have to assist them in saving their work to their H:drive. Please make not of anyone who is not able to access their H:drive. Please see the example below.
Nov - Dec Project (1 of 1) - Kid Pix Add and Subtract Using Stamps
Students will use Kid Pix and use stamps to create an addition and subtraction sentence. To add pictures students can use the sticker or stamp icon. Students will decide how many pictures they want to add to each side, however students may not exceed more than 10 pictures on each side. At the bottom of the page students will use the pencil tool to write a simple number sentence using their data. At the end, the teacher will help the students save their project as a jpg. on their H drive using the file name “numbers”. Please see the example below.
