A Violent World
Teen violence has affected people from different generations. It has caused many teens to have dark thoughts or even get harmed. People could be able to stop this from happening by paying attention to how teens feel or act. By taking away violence from teens, we could be saving many of their lives and their future .
Most of the latest “trends” are the causes of violence in teens' schools. This includes fights, drugs, and overall, violence. This causes teens to be afraid to even go to school. Most victims from teen violence are afraid of speaking up about how they feel. For example, people could be getting threatened at school and forced to fight someone. These type of people think that violence and fighting is a way to solve their problems. When in reality, people should be talking their situations out. Another example that leads to violence is the use of illegal substances among students. Since teens are still young, they believe that these substances are not harmful for them at all. But what they don’t understand is that they are not only harming they’re body, but their head too. These substances make people change in a negative way and it also affects the people and the environment around them. Most teens stay up really late on their phones at night. Although this may not seem like violence to most people, it actually is very harmful. This is because it harms teens' heads and eyesight. Also, because teens lose plenty of sleeping hours just for their phones. For their brain and their body to be able to function properly, they should be receiving as much sleep as possible. Although some people might not even realize that these things are a part of violence in their life, they really are harming their lives and their future self.

Technology can also harm teens.
Anyone in the world can be affected by violence. But In my case, violence hasn't affected my daily life. Although, many other teens my age have experienced these types of violent acts. For example, school may cause stress for many students. This is because they might be having a hard time keeping up with everyone at school. Another form of stress can be shown from family or personal problems. Stress leads to violence by making teens want to hurt themselves. Violence can also be caused by teens who see themselves “superior” to others. These people usually carry weapons with them or solve their issues with violence. They think that they are better than everyone just because they are in a gang. They put all their trust into their “gang” and don’t realize how dangerous their situation is. Being in a gang is not only risking their lives, but even innocent people's lives. This puts innocent people at risk because they never know when a gang would team up on them and cause several deaths. Overall, violence can affect people's lives no matter what situation they are in.
These acts of violence should be put to an end. It has taken many people's lives and no one has done anything to stop it. To stop these violent acts, people should sit down and talk to teens about their lives. This will help teens to understand how their emotions and acts affect themselves and others. Violence can also be stopped by people speaking up. If someone sees their friend or classmate being a part or a victim of violence, they should say something about it to a trusted adult.
