A girl named Fatima Arredondo was born into this world on November 19th,2008. She was born here in Houston, Texas in Ben Taub Hospital at 3:45 am. Her parents are a very nice and caring couple. Fatima's parents' names are Leticia(her mother) and Gumaro(her father). Two years after Fatima was born her mother gave birth to his little brother Gumaro on December 21st,2010. She cares very much about her little brother even though he constantly annoys her. Her brother is currently in the 6th grade and is about to be taller than her. Fatima is also currently 14 years old.

Fatima has a lot of hobbies and interests that she enjoys. Her favorite hobby is listening to music. Her favorite genres of music are Cumbias, Norteñas, Reggaeton, and Band/Grupo music. Her favorite music artists are Grupo Frontera, Ivan Cornejo, Eslabon Armado, and Fuerza Regida. Some other of her hobbies are playing volleyball, basketball, and baseball. She enjoys playing baseball and basketball with her father. Another hobby of hers' is playing the saxophone. She is in band here at Woodland Acres Middle School and enjoys spending time with her friend Ian. Fatima enjoys talking with our school's principal Mr.Ramirez since he is very fun to talk to. She also enjoys texting her friends especially Ayonna, Cairo, and Alberto.

Fatima has accomplished many great things throughout her life but the most important one to her was when she won the 2nd place for Region Choir for the Soprano 1 section. She is proud of this accomplishment even if it was 2nd place because the music she had to learn was not easy. She is very proud of this because she competed with every Soprano 1 singer in our region. Some other accomplishments she's very proud of is being in all advanced classes, being in encounters, being in Wind Ensemble and Varsity Choir. Another thing she has accomplished is obtaining 5 solo ensemble medals for band and choir.

Fatima has a lot of goals for her to try and accomplish in the future, one of them being is to get accepted into Duke University. She has this goal for herself because the University has a lot of opportunities for her. A very important goal she also has is to graduate high school with a scholarship. She wants this for herself because she wants her parents to see that every risk they've taken for her paid off. Fatima also hopes to one day be able to visit Paris,France with some of her friends. She hopes to have the best life possible and enjoy every bit of it.
