The year I started 7th grade everyone was face-to-face and I had Mr.Skipper for Encounters. In the seventh-grade year, everyone had to wear a mask and keep their distance. Seventh grade was a lot different than sixth grade because we could try out for sports and had different teachers. I tried out for volleyball and track and made it on both teams. I was on the A volleyball team, even though we didn't win every single game we beat Galena Park in our last game. After the season was over I got a trophy for M.V.P. (Most Valuable Player) and for track, I got a trophy for the most improved. In seventh grade, I also won 3rd place in social studies and science U.I.L. I had fun in seventh grade because I got to make more friends and talk with more people.
