This year when I first started sixth grade, it was a mess because we were virtual for almost the first month. I had trouble with the internet because we had everyone in a meeting. We had no interaction with our friends or teachers because they were teaching face-to-face students. Then I decided that I would be face to face, it was an amazing decision.
When I started to go face to face I only knew a few people because my friends were virtual. I didn't know where were my classes were and other classmates help me and we became close friends. When I met the teachers they were really nice and helped me with everything they helped me adjust and showed me where to seat. My grades started to improve when I started to continue face-to-face, I had more help from the teachers and started making friends.
One of the biggest accomplishments I made this school year was to win first place in social studies. I studied hard even though this whole school year was complicated due to covid since we didn't go to zots and have fun like we did last year. Our sixth-grade team took all medals and we made our teacher very proud.
One thing that I would never forget about 6th grade is my teachers, I spent a lot of time with my teachers and friends. The teachers that I had were very nice, fun, and kind I really enjoyed being in their classes. Even though I'm going to miss the teachers that aren't going to teach me next year I will still visit them once I start 7th grade.
