Students mindset about their abilities in Mathematics often determines their success. With a fixed mindset, students believe they have a certain amount of talent or abilities and nothing will change that. Students with a growth mindset, on the other hand, believe their abilities can be developed through hard work. In our classroom, we follow Jo Boaler's norms in order to promote a growth mindset in Mathematics.
