OUAC Application Notice: adding the correct information to the "To date" field:
The "To Date" for their current Ontario high school must be when they will finish Grade 12, . If the student is finishing Grade 12 in June 2025, they need to add "June 2025" as the "To Date". This applies to graduated students returning to take additional credits as well. If a student adds a "To Date" outside of this range, they will not be recognized as a current Ontario high school student.
2. add the correct information to the OSSD question on the Education page
For the question "Will you achieve your Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) by the end of the current school year, or have you already achieved it?", which is found in the Tell Us More section on the Education page, current students must select "Yes". They will then be prompted to add their OEN. If a student answers "No", they will not be recognized as a current Ontario high school student.
Failure to do so will prevent OUAC from identifying you as a current high school applicant in your Undergraduate application. If you have already created an account, please go back and check these details
