Use of Therap

The DSP main uses of Therap are T-logs (daily notes), ISP’s (client goals), Body check documentation, and staff training due dates.

Here is the initial login information for documenting in the Therap system.

Login: First Name Initial then Full Last Name (No Spaces) = EXAMPLE: jdoe

Password: Full Last Name and 1 (No Spaces or Symbols) = EXAMPLE: Doe1
