The new employee will receive an email from Gusto to begin the self-onboarding process.
Once you receive the email from Gusto, please click on 'Start Setup'
Gusto will walk you through the process to choose your tax withholding and setup direct deposit
Please send the following copies of your documents PRIOR to Your First Day of Training so we can complete your employment eligibility form and prevent payroll processing delays.

Steps to change your direct deposit directly from your personal Gusto account:
Go to the Job & pay section of your employee account.
Under Payment Method: Direct deposit.
Next to the bank account you're using for direct deposit, click Edit.
Enter your routing number, account number, account type, and display name–make sure all information is accurate.
Gusto will send a test transaction to the account number entered–if they receive an error, the information may need to be updated and verified. This may take a few days.
Click Save.
Once the account has been verified, you'll be paid to your revised direct deposit on future payrolls that have not already been processed.
Go to the Job & pay section of your employee account.
Next to the additional bank account you no longer want to use for direct deposit, click Edit.
Click Remove Account.
This will leave the remaining bank account(s) set up for direct deposit.
For any issues signing in to your account, click the most applicable dropdown in Gusto's Help menu to help troubleshoot the issue.
