Ms. Duke's Community-Based Instruction (CBI) Class

Welcome

Community-Based Instruction (CBI) is a hands-on transition course designed to prepare students for employment and adult life after high school. Students will participate in community-based job training every day. Instead of learning job skills only in the classroom, students will practice these skills at actual job sites with support from school staff and community employers. Students will learn how to be dependable employees, complete assigned job duties, communicate appropriately, solve workplace problems, and become increasingly independent workers.
