"Students will develop their overall athletic abilities by increasing their strength of the major muscle groups. Students will use Olympic lifts to develop explosive power and will then carry this over to speed and agility improvements. They will also use multiple movements screens to find weaknesses and imbalances that can lead to pain and injuries."
