Hi! If you've stumbled across my website from an old post-- thanks for stopping by! I've now graduated. If you are still interested in low-cost dental cleanings, please reach out to me at conniedentalcleaning@gmail.com and I can refer you to current students in the dental hygiene program who would greatly appreciate your support.

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine Required (last dose must be 2 weeks before your appointment date.)

Please reschedule if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, active oral herpes (cold sore), or Epstein-Barr Virus ("Mono").

All patients under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian during the duration of the appointment in the reception area.

Asthma: You must bring your unexpired rescue inhaler to each visit if you have asthma or have been prescribed one within the past year.

First Appointments

FIRST APPOINTMENT - Click Here for MAPS & DIRECTIONS to R511 (5th Floor of R Building)

Bring COVID-19 vaccination (card or photocopy), list of names/dosages of prescription and over-the-counter medications, name/address/phone # of physician and dentist (if applicable)
$20 Cash/Check ($10 for students, staff, faculty of the school). Due at initial appointment for flat-rate dental cleaning fee.
- Fee is waived for screening event attendants.
Optional: copy of your last dental x-rays if taken within the past 3 years (Aug 2018 or later). You may bring a printout or have them forwarded with your name and DOB in the subject title to our clinic (e-mail address upon request).
Please note, if you have any of the listed medical conditions requiring a medical clearance from your doctor per school policy, I will not be able to perform any treatment until our clinic receives a signed copy authorizing dental hygiene treatment. Thank you for your understanding.

New & Returning Patients

Complete Campus Survey on date of appointment: pasadena.edu/symptomsurvey. Text a screenshot of the green checkmark with timestamp of the appointment date to 951-666-3380 to expedite your check-in.
Student/Visitor Parking is $2 - Map of Student Lot #3 (Hill Ave x Del Mar Blvd). You may also park at Student Lot #4 or Student Lot #5.
Mask/face covering must be worn in clinic until exam/cleaning.

CLINIC POLICIES

Please wash your hands once taken to your chair and take a seat. Please don your mask when leaving your dental chair and when exiting the clinic.
