Mindfulness teaching practices, in particular for students with ADHD, provides students the opportunity to focus their energy and efforts into often difficult or stressful tasks (Van der Oord, Prins, Oosterlaan & Emmelkamp, 2008).
Mindfulness techniques has been proven to generate skills and strategies that help reduce levels of stress and supports overall well-being and ability to learn (Vago & Silbersweig, 2012).
