Mindfulness practices are defined as “a temporary state of non- judgmental, non reactive, present-centered attention and awareness that is cultivated during meditation practice,” mindfulness teaching practices, in particular for students with ADHD, provides students the opportunity to focus their energy and efforts into often difficult or stressful tasks (Grossman & Van Dam, 2011, p. 6; Kabat-Zinn, 1990).
