About Me

Bonjour! Je m'appelle Sandra Logan, and I am the Coach for Core French grades 4-9 in the Halifax Regional Center for Education.

With over a decade of teaching experience, I focused the first ten years of my career on instructing Core French to students in grades 4 to 6, utilizing the effective neuro-linguistic approach. My own journey with the French language began with late French Immersion, spanning from grade 7 to 12. I am a proud alumna of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College in Truro, where I earned my Science degree, and I continued my educational pursuit at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, where I obtained my Education degree. To maintain and enhance my proficiency in French, I've diligently attended numerous courses at Université Sainte Anne.

Furthermore, my commitment to education led me to complete a Master's in Curriculum Studies with a focus on Technology Integration at Mount Saint Vincent University.

Teaching Core French has been a passion of mine, and I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to share this passion with fellow educators in the region.
