PROM 2026 WILL TAKE PLACE ON JUNE 12, 2026. LOCATION TBD
GRADUATION INFORMATION:
This year's graduation will be held at FHCS on June 29th 2026. Doors open at 6:30pm and first students cross the stage at 7pm.
Students will be provided 6 tickets during graduation practice on June 11. If more tickets are required, students may request more on this day.
The Parent and Student Prom Committees have a number of fundraising events planned to help make the 2025 FHCS Prom a reality but we need your support!
1. We need more student and parent volunteers for our grocery bagging fundraiser taking place this Thursday, April 17 between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the Chester Independent and the Chester Foodland locations. We have 3 parents and 3 students signed up. It would be great to have at least 1 more supervising adult and another 3 to 4 students to volunteer to bag groceries!
2. 45’s Card Game – See attached flyer. Sunday, April 27. To make this event a success, we need donations for:
Baked Goods for the bake sale table;
Gift cards and/or Lotto Scratch Tickets (card & tickets in denominations of $10 or less) for our Gift Card/Lotto Tree;
We need more volunteers to help set up, collect entry tickets etc.;
Most importantly, we need players and people to attend! Please share the attached flyer, help us spread the word and show up to play, purchase tickets for fun prizes and/or buy something at the bake sale table!
3. An Online Auction will be held in May. Date TBD. We need donations for the auction. New items, gift cards etc. Please follow the Facebook group the students created for the online auction so you don’t miss out “FHCS Prom Online Auction 2025”.

Parents of Grade 12 Graduates, please let us know at fhcsprom25@gmail.com if you would like to be added to our email distribution for future communications relating to Prom Day activities and events.
Prom Date is Friday, June 13, 2025. Location: The Hubbard’s Barn. A Prom Parade is also being planned. The end location will be The Hubbard’s Barn! The parade start time, location and route to be further communicated closer to Prom Day. Anticipated to commence early evening.
