Schedule is based on every two weeks. The week when not scheduled in schools, virtual services will be available to students, staff, and parents. That week will also be utilized for Workshop, Storm Day, Back Up Availability.

Targeted Objectives
· To provide relevant labour market information and resources to students and families
· Workshops and training for students in relation to employability skills and job opportunities
· Support families and mentors to enhance their ability to support youth
· Facilitate Let’s Talk Careers sessions (virtual and in person offering)
Plan for Managing Multiple Schools
· Work with administration to establish their needs of services required
· Provide a flexible, but consistent schedule to support students (blended service learning)
· Offer recommendations and suggestions for how we can deliver services to staff and students
· Determine a point of contact or designate for each school and obtain their contact info
· If able, request a spot at a staff meeting to introduce self and role
· Ask admin to be added to the all-staff email list to be aware of school events and news
· Request to have entries in the monthly newsletters (partner with Schools Plus)
· With respect to COVID-19, receive a copy of protocols and request to be included in all updates that go out
