1. Payment Details
All registration fees must be paid via Bank Transfer. We are currently in the Early-Bird registration period.

REQUIRED PAYMENT REFERENCE:
To ensure your payment is correctly assigned to your registration, you must include the following text in the "Concept" or "Reference" field of your transfer:
WHRM26 [Your Surname], [Your First Name]
Failure to include this reference may result in your payment being unidentifiable, leading to a loss of funds or significant delays in your registration.
2. Proof of Payment
Once you have completed the transfer, please email your payment receipt (PDF or screenshot) to: workshophrm@uca.es
Without proof of payment, we are unable to list your registration.
Tip: Keep a copy of this document for your own records.
3. Confirmation of Payment
You will receive an email from the organizing committee confirming we have received your payment receipt within 5 business days.
Please be advised that this is an acknowledgement of receipt only. Full registration confirmation will be issued only after the funds have been successfully reconciled with University records.
4. Confirmation of Registration
A final confirmation of registration will be sent via email in July.
Cancellation Policy
Change of plans? We offer a full refund of your payment if you inform us within 15 days of your initial payment.
Please note that once the registration period has officially closed, we are unable to issue any further refunds, regardless of when the payment was made.
