14th INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

We are happy to announce that the 14th edition of the International Workshop on Human Resource Management will be held in Cádiz (Spain), between October 22nd and 23rd, 2026.

The International Human Resource Management Workshop is a worldwide conference format co-organized by the Business Management Departments of the University of Cádiz and the Pablo de Olavide University in Seville. The event brings together academics from universities around the world in the field of Human Resource Management.         

The main objective of the workshop is to create an engaged, interactive space where HRM scholars can exchange ideas, receive constructive feedback, and collectively advance emerging debates in the field. Through focused interactive sessions and contributions from leading experts, the event aims to energise the HRM research community and inspire innovative approaches to contemporary challenges.

This year’s event features guest speakers Marian Thunissen from Utrecht University and Chris Brewster of Henley Business School, University of Reading.
