Notifications regarding paper acceptance will be sent following the conclusion of the review process.
We welcome contributions across all areas of HRM, particularly those that challenge existing paradigms, explore novel methodological or theoretical advances, or address pressing contemporary and future challenges in the field. All submissions will undergo a formal review by our scientific committee.
This year’s event features 10 specialised tracks. While you are invited to indicate your preferred track during submission, the committee may assign papers to different tracks based on availability or thematic suitability.
