XII INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

We are happy to announce that, after two years of uncertainty, the International Workshop on Human Resource Management will finally be held again in Cádiz (Spain), between October 20th and 21st, 2022. The International Human Resource Management Workshop is an international conference co-organized by the Business Management Departments of the University of Cádiz and the Pablo de Olavide University in Seville. The event brings together around a hundred academics from different universities all over the world from the research area of Human Resource Management. Its main objective is to encourage participation of high-level speakers and to promote knowledge exchanges through presentations of HRM studies.
Leading academics from American and European universities, such as M. Hitt, A. DeNisi, D. Lepak, L. Gómez-Mejia, D. Balkin, S. Dolan, S. Jackson, R. Schuller, A. Pettigrew, J. McGee, I. Gutierrez, P. Sparrow, M. Poole, J. Milkovich, S. Tyson, P. Wright, S. Snell, Lazear, P. Gunningle or S.Connella, have joined previous editions of this workshop as keynote speakers. In this case, we are happy to announce the participation of professors C. Brewster (University of Reading) and E. Farndale (Pennsylvania State University) who will give interesting conferences about outstanding topics in our field of research. Previous workshops have always attracted the attention of many scholars and sessions normally resulted in really fruitful and interesting discussions.
