Assignment

Students in grades 10-12 will submit the Summer Assignment on Google Classroom.

Incoming freshmen will hand in a paper copy to their teacher on the day of the Summer Reading event.  Incoming Freshmen will NOT use Google Classroom.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT IS WORTH 50 PERCENT OF YOUR SUMMER READING GRADE

Summer Reading is worth two Learning Assignment grades in your English class.

Students will complete a graphic organizer over the summer which you will use to prepare you for your Book Talk that you will give to your classmates during the Summer Reading Event in September. 

Your grade includes:

• Summer Assignment -- 50 points

• Book Talk during Summer Reading event in September--  50 points
