Meditation can allow the brain to decrease attention to unwanted responses of irrelevant environmental stimuli and reduce the Stroop effect.

The strategy that I suggest to help build emotional resilience is gratitude journaling. It is basically a journal where you reflect on things that you are grateful for on a regular basis, so I try to keep that habit every night in order to focus more on the positive aspects of my life. Getting my thoughts on paper helps me focus on what is happening right now, and build up resilience against negative situations.

Often times, young girls are not taught how to deal with a crisis or stressor in their life which causes them to struggle with emotional resilience. There are many important coping methods to build emotional resilience such as meditation, journaling, mindfulness exercises, reconditioning our thinking patterns, etc.

The strategy we’ve chosen is decatastrophizing and meditation/self-reflection, which includes releasing your emotions, journaling, or talking about emotions in another way. This strategy can be applied whenever feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a break to feel and let it out. This strategy is very important to apply in order to not be dragged down by emotional weight and carry it with you.

Resilience is a combination of inner strengths and external support. Everyone needs a friend or someone to talk to or be the shoulder they lay on, but not everyone has the ability to make those friends so they tend to keep those problems and challenges they face in their own minds tell they reach a bad end with depression and anxiety so by this way and using those strategies we could guarantee that everybody even if he was shy or not will be able to express himself clearly and solve the problem he faces with the use of modern technology.

In our point of view, one of the strategies that can be used, and on which developing friendships depends to a very high degree, is accepting other people's differences. Culture, religion, and language are different because, really, this is a fundamental pillar of friendship and relationship building.
