The topic of our project is “How a daily yoga practice builds better mental, physical, and emotional health.” Our strategy is to apply a 10-30 minute yoga practice into your nightly routine. We will share links of some motivating yoga poses, and free online yoga practices.

Your body uses its stored energy sources during a workout. After you exercise, you need to restore those nutrients as soon as possible. Research suggests that eating foods high in protein after your workout (within 15 minutes), provides essential amino acids that build and repair muscles, so exercise and nutrition are very important for the body and also very important for mental health.

Our final project is on the topic of exercise and nutrition, and their effects on mental health. Specifically, we will be introducing the concept of team sports and how they can be used to build mental resilience and relieve stress. Being in a team sport doesn’t just have physical benefits, it can help build better mental health! Team sports are any sports that involve engaging and working with peers to reach a physical goal. Many studies have shown that being in a team sport helps ward off depression and anxiety and helps build social, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Our main goal is to spread the culture of exercise and maintain health and urge many people to pay attention to their health and we try to help them in this issue in addition to spreading awareness about what is right and what is wrong in diet and sports, which may cause many problems for many people if it is not done in the right way.

Activities always change students' perspectives and mentality for the better, especially when they are conducted by organizations that support women. We will implement awareness sessions with activities for the youth girls to bring back the sports lessons in schools, this will be in girls' schools to motivate them to be interested in sports. We will have lectures and activities given by specialists or organizations.

We would like to make each girl have the ability to play sports and make her understand that playing sport will help in emotional resilience.
The social barrier our communities are suffering from is that most of the poorer and uneducated families don't allow their girls to play Sport due to some beliefs. And to overcome this, there should be many events by the government on the importance of sports for human life and how this would have a positive impact on their children, especially girls, and will increase their emotional resilience, self-confidence, and esteem.
