2) Turn off your microphone and camera

3) Maintain a positive and constructive approach throughout the sessions

4) Listen attentively to the presenter

5) Respond accordingly to the presenter when the opportunity arises

6) Wait patiently when we try to resolve any technical difficulties

7) Please do not record any of our live presentation sessions
