Book List Submission Guidelines
Each book list = 1 hour of volunteer time
In order to successfully earn volunteer hours for your book lists, all submissions must follow the following guidelines:
Curate a themed book list of at least 10 books (creative titles welcome!)
Give a brief summary for each title and tell us why you are recommending it
Be creative!
BONUS: Earn an additional 30 minutes of volunteer time by submitting a specially curated song playlist inspired by the list you've just created. This can be a written list at the end of the list or alongside titles, a Spotify playlist, etc. Should include a minimum of 10 songs.
EXTRA BONUS: Earn an additional 30 minutes of volunteer time if you (thoughtfully) tell us WHY you chose each song for this playlist.
Your recommended reading list and all accompanying material will be published to our Glen Rock Library Teens blog. Please refrain from using inappropriate language. All submissions may be reviewed or edited for content.
