Success!  We did even more than we initially estimated.  Even though construction started in late October, by the end of the work season, we converted 13 legacy homes from overhead to underground power, eliminated 20 tree attachments, and moved 3700 feet of cable underground.  If we do nothing else, this has already made Glenbrook much safer from fire.
