Transportation Information for New Students

Welcome to Glenbard West! If your student qualifies for bus transportation, we want to ensure you have everything you need to get started.

Bus Assignment Process

Once your student is fully registered in PowerSchool, we will submit a request for their bus assignment through District 87’s transportation provider. Bus routes and details are provided by the company after registration is complete - no need to contact the transportation office separately.

Important message for all students taking the afternoon bus:

If your bus number is between 1-12, your bus will be on Ellyn Ave.

If your bus number is between 13-17, your bus will be on Lake St.
