Instructions for Incoming Freshmen from Private Schools or Homeschool Programs

Welcome! We’re excited to support your student’s transition to Glenbard West High School next school year. Below you’ll find the steps to begin the enrollment process for the incoming class of 2030.

Step 1: How to Complete Online Pre-Registration

If your student currently attends Hadley or Glenside, we already have their information in our system. You do not need to complete pre-registration.

• If your student does not attend Hadley or Glenside and you live within the Glenbard West boundaries:

• Use the Boundary Checker (click the magnifying glass to search your address) to confirm.

• If your address is within the boundaries, please complete the online pre-registration form at glenbard.org.

How to complete online pre-registration

1. Go to glenbard.org.

2. In the left-hand column, select “Glenbard Parent Services.”

3. Scroll down to “New Student Pre-Registration.”

4. Create your account, then click “Home” in the upper right-hand corner.

5. Select “Incoming Freshmen” as the grade level.

   • The year will automatically display as 2025–2026 — that is correct (we will adjust this later).

6. Complete the form and submit it.

After you submit

• You’ll be added to our communications list.

• We’ll send updates about next steps, including course selection and scheduling.

• You do not need to upload any forms at this time. We will contact you in early January to collect them.

Step 2: Complete the Online Enrollment Form (January 2026)

Once you have completed pre-registration, all remaining enrollment steps - including timelines, course placement, and important events - are outlined on our Class of 2030 Enrollment Page:
