If your student currently attends Hadley or Glenside, we already have their information in our system. You do not need to complete pre-registration.
If your student does not attend Hadley or Glenside and you live within the Glenbard West boundaries:
Use the Boundary Checker (click the magnifying glass to search your address) to confirm.
If your address is within the boundaries, please complete the online pre-registration form at glenbard.org.
Go to glenbard.org.
In the left-hand column, select “Glenbard Parent Services.”
Scroll down to “New Student Pre-Registration.”
Create your account, then click “Home” in the upper right-hand corner.
Select “Incoming Freshmen” as the grade level.
The year will automatically display as 2025–2026 — that is correct (we will adjust this later).
Complete the form and submit it.
You’ll be added to our communications list.
We’ll send updates about next steps, including course selection and scheduling.
You do not need to upload any forms at this time. We will contact you in early January to collect them.

For our incoming freshmen, you will not need to complete Step 2 until January, when you have your student’s virtual enrollment meeting with their assigned enrollment counselor. At that time, we will ask you to provide:
Student Residency Questionnaire
Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
Required Language Forms (download, fill out, save with changes, and return to us)
Awareness of Freshman Health Requirements that will be due by July 2026 (state-mandated forms and exams)
Please know that you don’t need to prepare any of this before January. We’ll send reminders and provide clear instructions when it’s time. We’re here to support you every step of the way, so don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.
