Welcome! We're excited to help your student begin at Glenbard West. Below are the next steps to complete their enrollment:
If your student is transferring to Glenbard West from a school outside of District 87, please start by completing the New Student Pre-Registration on our district website:
Go to glenbard.org
Select Glenbard Parent Services in the left-hand column
Scroll down to New Student Pre-Registration
Create your account, then click Home in the upper right-hand corner
Once we receive your pre-registration, we’ll email you with next steps.
If your student currently attends another Glenbard school (District 87):
Please email the School Counseling Office at gw_reg@glenbard.org for transfer assistance.
Step 2: Prepare all completed forms for submission through the West New Student Enrollment & Support Intake form.
As part of the enrollment process, the form below will ask you to upload or complete the following items:
Certified copy of the student’s birth certificate (or passport)
Proof of residency (completed through Formstack – a district requirement)
Required language forms (download, complete, save, and upload to the form)
Transfer student health requirements (state-mandated forms and exams)
Residency and student support questionnaires
Once we receive your response with the address confirmation and any other details, we’ll walk you through the remaining steps, including course selection and scheduling.
We’re here to help every step of the way! If you’d like in-person support or need access to Wi-Fi or a computer, please use the Enrollment Appointment Scheduler below to make an appointment.
Enrollment Appointments for NEW Transfer Students Only
Welcome! This appointment page is for families of students transferring into Glenbard West from another high school who may need support completing the online enrollment process because they do not have access to Wi-Fi or a laptop/desktop at home.
Important:
This scheduler is not for returning Glenbard West students registering for the fall.
This scheduler is not for incoming freshmen from Glenside or Hadley. (Those students will receive registration information through their 8th-grade schools.)
If you’re unsure whether this applies to your student, please contact the School Counseling Office before booking.
