Beat the rush: appointments available for school physicals and immunizations

School starts August 12, 2026!

Do you need a school physical, a sports physical, and/or immunizations?

VNA Health Care has appointments available at their Carol Stream location (350 S. Schmale Road) for Glenbard families who pre-register. VNA accepts Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and uninsured patients.

• Monday, June 22 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Wednesday, July 15 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

• Tuesday, July 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
